Mark Carroll has worked at the law firm, Fazio, Disalvo, Cannon, Abers, Podrecca, Fazio & Carroll for over twenty five years. As a name partner Mr. Carroll’s practice areas include personal injury, death losses and insurance claims. His legal expertise also includes representing clients in numerous business litigations, contract law and landlord/tenant disputes.

In the area of personal injury law he’s been involved in many cases beyond the usual auto accident or slip and fall including, assault and battery in nightclubs and misconduct by security guards and police officers. As a long time motorcycle rider Mark can bring a special depth of experience to the complex and often catastrophic injury and loss of a motorcycle accident.
