Mark has never narrowed his practice to one field of law but is equally conversant in business and commercial disputes as well as in personal injury and losses. His partners at Fazio, Disalvo, Cannon, Abers, Podrecca, Fazio & Carroll represented both plaintiffs and insurers throughout their 44 year history and felt as Mark does that a broad experience brings additional tools and perspectives that may be key in a successful outcome. He has handled many cases of public notice and is often energized by the new and changing opportunities and dangers in South Florida.
A native of Fort Lauderdale, Mark attended St. Anthony’s Elementary where his father was the first Deacon and graduated from the nationally recognized St. Thomas Aquinas High School. He graduated in English and a premedical concentration from the University and Notre Dame and was granted his law degree at the University of Florida Law School. Mark has been Board Certified three times by the Florida Bar in the specialty of Civil Trial Law. He is also a member of the State Bars of the District of Columbia in Washington D.C. and the wild and wonderful state of West Virginia. He has been admitted to the Southern District of Florida trial bar and the District Court in Charleston, West Virginia. Mark has prosecuted cases before the county and circuit courts of Palm Beach, Broward, Dade, and Monroe counties.
